Matt tweeted this really awesome talk from 99% by Scott Thomas, the lead designer for the Obama campaign.
He hits on some very crucial points that should be applied to any area of your life or career:
- Everything is always changing. Learn to accept this and things tend to go pretty smooth.
- Surround yourself with people that inspire and motivate you.
Definitely watch if you’re interested at all in design or are in some creative field. The part about them working on the website live is particularly funny — “on it”.
